Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update pricing without notice.
This will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped from the UK and we no not ship outside of the UK.
Dispatch times are outlined on our Shipping page.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier.
Tracking details will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene standards, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a refund.
