Our teams work hard to pick, pack and dispatch orders as soon as possible therefore we are unable to make any changes to your delivery address after your order has been placed. 

Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us and we will be pleased to assist to arrange a replacement.
